Shipping Rates and Options:

Shipping rates are determined by weight via Canada Post and are estimated based on standard shipping rates to your location in Canada. There is no mark-up on shipping rates. Retailers will be responsible for the cost of shipping to their location. Different shipping options can be selected on check-out and vary in shipping times based on selection and location.

Processing and Shipping Information:

All online orders are usually processed within 3 business days and shipped from our Lake Country, B.C. warehouse location. Shipments are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays. In some circumstances due to the size of the order or volume of orders currently being processed shipments may require further processing times. We understand the urgency to receive your product and it is our intention to get your product delivered to you as quickly as possible. We will do our best to notify you of any shipping delays.

International Shipping:

At this time international shipping is not available.

Tracking:

Tracking is available with Xpresspost shipping with Canada Post. Packages sent regular mail have no tracking option available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes your Canada Post tracking information. Your tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours of the release of your package. returns, exchanges, refunds:

All sales are final and returns are only a considered on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with the product please let us know immediately upon arrival of your package. You have 14 days from the arrival of your package to voice concerns and request a refund of your order. Returns will be at the discretion of Okanagan Botanicals and are not guaranteed to be processed. Please note the customer will be responsible for paying all shipping fees on returns.

Out of stock items:

If an item is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy or another factor, the item will be removed from your order and you will be notified. You will not be charged for any items that are not available. When you submit an order through our online store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total cost of the ordered product(s), applicable taxes, and shipping costs. When your order is shipped, MEDISTIK Inc. will charge an amount that reflects the total cost of the shipped product(s), applicable taxes, and shipping costs.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Products in The Package:

It can happen that the package gets lost in the mail or damaged during shipping. While we can not guarantee this will not happen, we will make our best efforts to locate your parcel and/or provide a replacement for your order at no cost to you.
